Description

PROGRAM

9:00 Start of the route on the Pont Blau, route to discover innumerable hydraulic elements: arches, dams, ditches, fountains, bridges… whose remains date from Roman times (1st-4th centuries ) until the 19th and 20th centuries. You will know an important part of our heritage and our history.

11:00 Snack time at the Arquets de Baix, next to the remains of the Roman aqueduct (I-IV centuries AD).

11:30 We continue the itinerary where we can enjoy not only historical elements from the 8th to the 19th century, such as the Arquets de Dalt (18th century), but also the fluvial ecosystems, the landscape and the fauna that make up the Microreserva de Fauna de la Font de la Teula, el Clot de Bailón and l‘assut de Manyet, zones of high ecological value where autochthonous species predominate. All an experience of heritage and nature.

14:30 Lunch time at the Sanabria Hostel.

16:00 End of the route.
